3/4 shot Crown Royal
Mix ingredients in a shot glass.

1 oz. Curacao, blue
1 splash Rum, gold
1 shot Sour Blue Pucker
7 oz. Sprite
Mix together and serve over ice. |

2-3 tsp. Cream
Add ingredients and 3 oz. crushed ice to blender. Blend on medium speed for about 15 seconds, until smooth. Pour into glass.

2 oz. Vodka (Finlandia)
3 oz. 7-up
Fill a tall glass with ice, layer the vodka and blue Curacao, top up with 7-Up and stir.

Shake ingredients (all except nutmeg) in a shaker with ice and strain into coupette glass. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. |

Ice Cream Schnapps
1 oz. Schnapps, butterscotch
1/2 Cup (regular coke works fine also) Cola, vanilla (Coke)
1 scoop Ice Cream, vanilla
Scoop ice cream into glass, pour butterscotch schnapps and coke over top ice cream.

1/2 oz. Creme de Menthe, green
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Vodka, lemon
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.

1 part Schnapps, butterscotch (DeKuyper Buttershots)
2 parts Liqueur, coffee (Starbucks)
4 parts (chilled) Coffee
Shake with ice and strain into a highball glass. |

Iced Irish Coffee
1 oz. Irish Cream
8 parts Milk
1 part Water
1 tsp. Coffee, instant
1 scoop Ice Cream, chocolate
Pour the water (about 1 oz./3 cL) into a cocktail shaker and add the instant coffee , then shake. When the coffee has dissolved, add milk and shake again. Pour into a cup and add Irish Cream and a scoop of ice cream.

1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Vodka
1 splash Cola
2 oz. Sour Mix
1 wedge Lemon
Pour vodka, gin, triple sec, and sweet and sour into a collins glass over ice cubes and stir well. Add the splash of cola and stir again. Garnish with the lemon wedge and serve.

1 slice Oranges
Fill a collins glass with cubed ice. Shake ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, and strain into glass. Garnish with orange slice. |

1/2 oz. Rum, overproof/151 proof
2 oz. Schnapps, strawberry
1/2 whole Banana
5 whole Strawberries
2 cups, crushed Ice
3 scoops Ice Cream, vanilla
Take all the ingredients and place them in a blender. Pour into two 16 oz. glasses and relax.

Add ingredients and ice to mixing glass. Shake. Strain into chilled sour glass.

Use a chilled cocktail glass to server this in. Shake ingredients in an ice-filled shaker, and strain into your chilled glass. Serve immediately.

Illicit Mistress
1 2/3 oz. Vodka, lemon
1 stick (fresh) Celery
2 wedges Lemon
21/50 oz. Sugar Syrup
Place finely chopped celery in a boston or pint glass with the juice from both lemon wedges and sugar syrup. Muddle well, this is tuff work, but the lemon and sugar syrup should make it easier. Add vodka, shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

1/2 oz. Rum, light
1 1/2 oz. Whiskey, blended
Fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Sugar, powdered
Fill a highball glass with ice. Shake whiskey, rum, lemon juice and suger together in a cocktail shaker with ice, and strain into the glass. Fill with carbonated water, and serve. |

Imperial Slush
1 1/2 oz. Sour Blue Pucker (DeKuyper Island Blue)
2 oz. Liqueur, melon (Midori)
2 oz. Vodka, strawberry (Stolichnaya Strasberi)
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
7 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 1/2 oz. Sour Mix
Fill a pint glass with ice. Pour Midori, then Dekuyper Blue Pucker. You should get a pretty teal color. Add the Strawberry Stoli, pineapple juice, then sour mix and lastly, top it off with the cranberry juice. It should have a nice layered look to it.
