Shake ingredients with ice; strain into cocktail glass.

1.0 fl. oz. of White Rum or Dark Rum
3.0 fl. oz. of Milk
0.5 fl. oz. of Sugar Syrup

Crushed Ice

Mix all ingredients in a blender, blend, pour into a goblet and garnish with a sprinkle of Ground Nutmeg.

Add everclear, muddle in grape juice concentrate then add ginger ale and ice.
Espresso Raspberry Chocolate Martini
.5 oz. Creme de Cacao, dark
1 oz. Vodka, espresso
1 oz. (Van Gogh Vodka) Vodka, raspberry


Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Let stand five minutes. Shake vigorously for 5 seconds. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with Hershey Chocolate Kiss.

1 oz. Vodka, apple
4 oz. Apple Juice
2 pieces Cherries/Maraschinos

Build over ice. Top with two cherries.
